The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of the service “MeterLogs.com”. By registering or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

MeterLogs.com provides an online platform that allows users to record, store, and analyze energy and consumption data. It is a digital service without physical products.

The scope of features may be expanded or adjusted at any time, provided that no significant disadvantages arise for existing users.

3. Registration and User Account

Certain features require registration. Users must keep their login credentials confidential and protect them from unauthorized access.

4. Pricing and Billing

As a small business under §19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

Prices, if applicable, are clearly displayed before concluding a paid subscription. Billing is digital. Free trial periods may be offered or adjusted at any time.

5. Availability

MeterLogs.com is operated with great care. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may lead to temporary limitations.

6. Liability

The provider is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for data loss or indirect damages is excluded unless mandatory legal provisions apply.

7. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time without notice. For paid subscriptions, access ends at the end of the already paid period. The subscription can be canceled at any time.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to the Terms

The provider reserves the right to adjust these terms if necessary. Users will be informed in advance of significant changes.

10. Applicable Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the provider’s place of residence.
