Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications):

To send push notifications (e.g., for monthly reminders for meter logs)), we use Firebase Cloud Messaging from Google Ireland Limited. An anonymized instance ID (push token) is assigned to your device for this purpose and stored on our servers to enable technical delivery. You can deactivate push notifications at any time in your device settings. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Server Log Files

Our hosting provider automatically collects technical information (e.g., IP address, access time, browser type). This data is necessary to ensure secure operation and is processed pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for contractual obligations (such as the aforementioned technical service providers).

6. Payment Provider (Stripe)

We process payments via Stripe. For this purpose, the data you enter during the ordering process is passed on to Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The transfer of your data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the use of MeterLogs.com or as required by legal retention periods.
